+## 1. Multi-tenancy (ABSOLUTE MUST!)
+- ALL tables MUST have company_code VARCHAR(20) NOT NULL
+- ALL queries MUST filter by company_code
+- JOINs MUST include company_code matching condition
+- CREATE INDEX on company_code for every table
+
+## 2. Migration Rules
+- File naming: NNN_description.sql
+- Always include company_code column
+- Always create index on company_code
+- Use IF NOT EXISTS for idempotent migrations
+- Use TIMESTAMPTZ for dates (not TIMESTAMP)

+## 3. MIGRATION EXECUTION (절대 규칙!)
+마이그레이션 SQL 파일을 생성한 후, 반드시 직접 실행해서 테이블을 생성해라.
