refactor: 코드 정리 및 불필요한 주석 제거

- EntityJoinController에서 중복 제거 설정 관련 주석 및 코드 삭제
- screenGroupController와 tableManagementController에서 AuthenticatedRequest 타입을 일반 Request로 변경
- 불필요한 로그 및 주석 제거로 코드 가독성 향상
- tableManagementController에서 에러 메시지 개선
