feat: 신규 컴포넌트 2종 추가 (SimpleRepeaterTable, RepeatScreenModal) 및 속성 패널 스크롤 개선

- SimpleRepeaterTable: 검색/추가 없이 데이터 표시 및 편집, 자동 계산 지원
- RepeatScreenModal: 그룹핑 기반 카드 레이아웃, 집계 기능, 테이블 모드 지원
- UnifiedPropertiesPanel: overflow-x-auto 추가로 가로 스크롤 활성화
